ClarityNow! Is an application from DataFrameworks used by media companies to manage their structured and unstructured files. ClarityNow! allows users to track their assets across storage volumes and monitor for information such as size, type, and history.

Pixspan has integrated with ClarityNow! with an optional plug-in so that ClarityNow! Users can easily reduce the size of their full-resolution image files such as DPX, EXR, and TIFF and Camera RAW. Once the plug-in is installed, the user simply right-clicks on a particular file and the Pixspan option appears in the dialog box. With a few clicks, the file can be saved in place with Pixspan, at typically a 60-80% savings. The Bit Exact Round Trip™ compression operates behind the scenes. When the user wishes to retrieve the file, a few clicks restore the file to its original state. The storage savings can thus be managed by ClarityNow! Users without needing to go through a data wrangler work queue, saving time and precious storage space.
